SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY, CA – Health officials have confirmed the presence of the highly contagious H5N1 bird flu virus at four dairy farms in San Bernardino County, raising concerns about potential spread and public safety.
While authorities stress that the risk to the general public remains “relatively low,” they warn that the virus has now been found across multiple farms, emphasizing the need for caution when handling animals or consuming animal products.
